Description
Ulquiorra, Grimmjow and cat-fleas. 
Ulquiorra once found that Grimmjow (apparently due to nature of his release) had those cat-fleas. So he decided to give Grimm proper treatment including washing with anti-flea shampoo and special anti-flea collar. Grimmjow was not quite happy about it all (especially washing ~.~), but well, life is sometimes hard for them cats 8)))
